  • Organic since 1967
  • Pure cider apple juice from the estate
  • Direct from the producer

The apples come from the Valambray orchard, the same cider varieties used in our cuvées, grown organically since 1967. They are cold-pressed, then the juice is hot-bottled to keep without preservatives or sulfites.

As it is unfiltered, the juice stays cloudy and keeps all the fruit's substance. A light sediment at the bottom of the bottle is normal: it is the apple.

In 33cl, we also offer a sparkling, alcohol-free apple juice, naturally carbonated in the bottle. Pale yellow colour, fine bubble, refreshing palate. The aperitif alternative for those who do not drink alcohol, sold direct and to the trade.

Colour
Cloudy yellow, unfiltered.
Nose
Fresh apple, floral notes.
Palate
Fresh, tangy, generous.
Finish
Long, on honest fruit.

When to drink it

  • Breakfast and snack time. A straightforward juice, brighter than an industrial one, best served well chilled.
  • Cheese board. The apple's acidity cuts through the richness, without the alcohol of a cider.
  • Restaurants and meal trays. The 25cl size suits a lunch, paired with a seasonal menu.
