Our cellar master distils this Calvados in a copper column still, from a selection of our organic ciders.
The brandy then ages for 25 years in Limousin oak barrels. It colours naturally over the years, with no added colouring.

In autumn 1047, after his victory at Val-ès-Dunes, William imposes the Peace of God at the Council of Caen. The young duke stops fighting and starts to reign. Pax Deus closes the story of our range, its fifth and final chapter.
