General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (Terms) govern the sale of products made on the cinqautels.com website by EARL Pitrou, operator of Domaine des Cinq Autels.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are foodstuffs (alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages) produced on the estate. The sale of alcohol is strictly reserved for adults (18 years and older).

3. Order

The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided when the order was placed.

4. Price

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Delivery costs are shown separately before the order is confirmed.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery is available within mainland France. Corsica and the French overseas territories are not served at this time.

Shipping costs depend on the order value: €20 up to €150, €15 from €150, €10 from €200, free from €250. An order of one or two single bottles is charged a flat €10. Collection at the estate is free. The exact amount is shown in the basket before checkout.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, starting from receipt of the order. Returned products must be intact and unopened.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, in accordance with Article L221-23 of the same code. Refunds are issued no later than 14 days after the products are recovered, or after proof of their dispatch. To exercise this right, write to contact@5autels.com.

7. Liability

Domaine des Cinq Autels cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the products or from a delivery damaged by the carrier. In the event of a damaged parcel, the customer must file a claim with the carrier.

8. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts have sole jurisdiction.
