Cultural bar on rue Arcisse de Caumont, with local artist shows and weekend gigs. Extra-brut pours all year round, Islay and Eclipse come and go with the months.

An institution of student life in Caen, on rue du Gaillon, a short walk from the castle. Astérocidre holds one of the taps.

Cider bar and shop on the canal Saint-Martin, ciders on tap and tapas to share, open until 2am. Five of our cuvées are on tap there at the same time.

Crêperie on rue Biot in the Batignolles, buckwheat galettes and wheat crêpes made with organic flour bought straight from the growers. Le Brut goes with the galettes, on tap.

Beer shop and bar in the same room, eleven taps and over three hundred bottle references. Extra-brut is in rotation there.
What this list says
Draft cider isn't only for cider bars.
Two venues on this list are cider bars, and they take five to seven cuvées at once. The others put on one tap, a single one, next to their usual pours.
That is the common scenario, and the least risky one. One 30L keg, one cuvée chosen with you to fit your list, and a month later you know. Astérocidre, our Calvados cask finish, turns over just as well in a student bar in Caen as in a Paris cider bar.
